About the role
We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our two‑wheeler workshop. You will ensure a smooth service experience by bridging communication between customers and technicians and managing the flow of work in the service bay.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule and prioritize repair jobs.
- Manage workshop workflow and monitor daily service progress.
- Receive and process customer inquiries, service requests, and appointment bookings.
- Explain vehicle issues, required repairs, and estimated timelines in clear language.
- Maintain accurate service reports, updates, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of automotive service processes.
- Fundamental knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to multitask.
- Capability to work collaboratively with technicians and customers.
