Branch In-Charge – Dental Operations

About the role

The Branch In-Charge will lead the daily operations of a dental clinic, ensuring seamless patient flow, high‑quality service, and efficient coordination of clinical and support teams. This role combines leadership, administrative oversight, and problem‑solving to maintain operational standards and achieve performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all day‑to‑day activities of the dental branch.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and uphold high standards of patient care.
• Supervise doctors, hygienists, counsellors, receptionists and support staff.
• Prepare staff schedules, monitor attendance, punctuality and performance.
• Handle patient enquiries, feedback, complaints and operational issues professionally.
• Oversee appointments, treatment follow‑ups, patient records and branch reporting.
• Monitor inventory, dental supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety and compliance with hospital policies.
• Provide regular performance updates to head office and support marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare Management, Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in branch management, clinic administration or healthcare operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
