Branch Incharge - Marketing

About the role

K. K. Foods is looking for a dynamic, results‑oriented Branch Incharge – Marketing to lead sales operations across assigned regions in Nepal. The role focuses on expanding distribution, achieving sales targets, and driving brand visibility for our FMCG and perishable‑goods portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee sales operations for the assigned branch/region.
• Develop and maintain a strong distribution network to maximize product reach.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team for optimum performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales, stock, and market feedback to headquarters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain and product availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or perishable goods trading/manufacturing.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyze market data and act on growth opportunities.
