About the role
The Business Development Associate will drive growth by identifying new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in target segments.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present pitch decks and proposals to potential clients.
- Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales pipeline status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet revenue goals.
- Provide post‑sale support to ensure client satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving orientation.
- Self‑motivation and target‑driven approach.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM tools.
