Business Development Associate

About the role

The Business Development Associate supports the growth of our portfolio by preparing agreements, gathering requirements, and creating marketing materials. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare draft agreements using standardized templates and gather requirements from internal teams or clients.
• Generate property or project reports using platforms such as CoStar, LoopNet, or other databases.
• Maintain accurate listings and project details across relevant platforms and organize digital files.
• Design flyers, reports, and digital content for marketing and internal use.
• Manage company social media accounts, track project progress, and maintain a centralized status log.
• Monitor key dates, deadlines, and financials such as commissions and payments, supporting invoice generation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and third parties to fulfill project‑related tasks.
• Schedule and confirm meetings, site visits, and appointments, and maintain contact databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (in progress acceptable).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and adaptable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CoStar and LoopNet platforms.
