Business Development Executive – 1-2 Years Experience

About the role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a professional female with strong English communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups.
• Generate leads through networking, research, referrals and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations and reports.
• Convert leads into business and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
• Maintain regular records of leads, clients and business activities.

Required profile

• Female candidates preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Fluent English – excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and proactive.
• Prior experience (1‑2 years) in business development, sales or client relations.
