Business Development Executive – Healthcare Partnerships

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive the growth of PhysioGhar’s network of physiotherapists, clinics and healthcare partners in Kathmandu. The role focuses on building relationships, onboarding new partners and expanding our presence in the health‑tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with physiotherapists and introduce them to PhysioGhar.
• Onboard physiotherapists and maintain professional relationships.
• Identify and approach physiotherapy clinics for potential partnerships.
• Negotiate and coordinate partnership terms with clinics.
• Build relationships with institutional partners such as gyms, sports academies, old‑age homes, corporate offices and hotels.
• Represent PhysioGhar professionally during meetings and partnership discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and communicating with new people.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous experience in business development, sales, partnerships or healthcare is a plus.
