Business Development Executive

About the role

Longtail E-Media, a trusted digital marketing and technology partner in Nepal, is creating a dedicated Business Development & Marketing Department. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help us expand into new industries and generate fresh business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients across multiple sectors.
• Generate, qualify and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Convert marketing‑generated and referral leads into long‑term clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required profile

• Confidence in meeting and approaching new clients.
• Good negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of business fundamentals such as market analysis, sales processes and revenue growth strategies.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple opportunities.
