Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to expand our market presence by building strong client relationships and uncovering new business opportunities. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, cold calling and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and business presentations.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging business opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups and prepare sales/business development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and confident in client handling.
• Ability to build professional networks and generate new leads.
