Business Development Executive

About the role

G R Eight Private Limited is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand its client base and drive growth across Digital Marketing, Virtual Assistance, and Website Development services. You will be the front‑line representative, meeting prospects, presenting solutions, and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow‑up communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Support company growth and expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and confident when meeting clients.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Access to a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (advantageous).
• Familiarity with web services and virtual assistance solutions (advantageous).
