Business Development Executive (Sales)

About the role

Danfe Solution is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to join its growing team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, presenting digital marketing and IT solutions, and converting prospects into satisfied clients. You will be accountable for meeting measurable sales targets while maintaining accurate performance records.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads.
• Contact potential clients and schedule meetings.
• Present the company’s digital marketing and IT service portfolio.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, follow‑ups, meetings, and conversions.
• Track and report weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Consistently work toward assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• KPI‑oriented and target‑driven mindset.
• Highly organized with meticulous documentation habits.
• Ability to generate and convert leads independently.
• Excellent follow‑up and relationship‑building skills.
• Previous B2B sales or business development experience is a plus, but freshers with a sales mindset are welcome.
