Business Development Manager

About the role

eBooking Nepal is seeking an experienced and result‑oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate growth, forge strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s market presence in the travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, travel agencies, tourism stakeholders, and corporate clients.
• Develop strategic partnerships, tie‑ups, and collaborations to strengthen the eBooking ecosystem.
• Expand OTA partnerships and increase inventory acquisition across travel and tourism sectors.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and business contracts.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to launch and improve products and services.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and revenue forecasts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking programs, and tourism‑related activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel technology, OTA platforms, hospitality, tourism or related sectors.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and closing commercial agreements.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with hotels, airlines, travel agencies and corporate clients.
• Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities.
