About the role
We are looking for a motivated and results‑oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting products and services, generating sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through various sales channels.
- Promote and explain products/services to prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve basic concerns.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other required sales documents.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Visit clients and potential customers as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
