About the role
The Retail Sales Associate will manage the showroom, engage customers, drive sales, create B2B opportunities, and support social media and content initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Be passionate and proactive about achieving sales targets.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Communicate product features, benefits, prices, and offers clearly.
- Oversee day‑to‑day showroom operations to ensure a professional experience.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
- Develop B2B opportunities with apartments, interior designers, offices, hotels, restaurants, and other businesses.
- Handle social media activities and assist in creating promotional content.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock availability.
- Keep detailed customer, lead, sales, and follow‑up records.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Store, Delivery, and Operations teams for smooth order processing.
- Address customer concerns professionally and nurture strong relationships.
