Business Development Officer – B2B Sales

About the role

Oliz Store Pvt. Ltd., a leading retailer of premium gadgets and consumer electronics in Nepal, is seeking a Business Development Officer to expand its B2B footprint. The role focuses on driving sales of Apple and DJI products, building corporate partnerships, and supporting branch teams to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor regular sales reports and track performance against targets.
• Plan and analyse sales targets, market trends and performance metrics.
• Identify, acquire and nurture new B2B clients for Apple and DJI product lines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and B2B customers.
• Provide product guidance and sales support to branch and sales teams.
• Conduct training on Apple and DJI products, features and effective selling techniques.
• Coordinate with branches to improve sales performance and achieve set targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and recommend strategies to increase overall sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of sales planning, reporting and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
