Business Development Officer – ERP Solutions

About the role

Yuwasoft Technologies is looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to expand the market reach of Kishancare ERP, our flagship enterprise resource planning solution. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the B2B segment.

Key responsibilities

• Research, network, and conduct outbound outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system and keep lead data up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Yuwasoft at exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
• Identify partnership opportunities with distributors and industry stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or CRM.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Valid driving license is a plus.
