Business Development Officer – IT Sales

About the role

Plex Bit Infosystems is seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to drive growth in its IT services portfolio. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline across local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in both domestic and overseas markets.
• Generate leads, conduct follow‑ups, and convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, meetings, and contracts.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to align offerings with client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the IT industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM tools for lead and client management.
• Familiarity with online communication platforms (e.g., video conferencing, chat tools).
