Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Officer to drive growth for our flagship ERP solution, Kishancare ERP. You will build relationships, present the product, and help Nepalese businesses adopt smarter ERP tools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, referrals and outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct product demos and presentations for potential customers.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and business presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads and interactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical and support teams.
• Represent Yuwasoft at exhibitions, seminars and networking events.
• Explore partnership opportunities with distributors and industry stakeholders.
• Track market trends, customer feedback and competitor insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strategic, customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
