Business Development Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. The role is based in Kathmandu and offers a collaborative environment focused on results.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales reports, and monitor performance.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts, and negotiate service agreements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall growth.
• Identify market trends and client needs to shape development strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Mid‑level experience in business development, sales or a client‑facing role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
