Business Development Specialist

About the role

Nepfinity Technologies is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to expand its client base, forge strategic partnerships, and drive growth of its software and IT services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for software products and IT services.
• Research target markets, industries, competitors and potential clients.
• Generate, qualify and manage leads through networking, outreach and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, presentations and business discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial offers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support the sales process to closure.
• Develop strategic partnerships and explore new revenue streams.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with technical, product and project teams for client onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or IT/software sales.
• Experience in software development, SaaS, ERP or technology services is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and client‑handling skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships and convert prospects.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience with sales management tools.
