Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will own the end‑to‑end client journey, from the first inquiry through quotation, order confirmation, shipment coordination and post‑sale follow‑up. The role combines sales, negotiation and logistics support to turn leads into repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming leads via WhatsApp, WeChat, phone, office visits and other channels.
• Qualify prospects, understand requirements and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate pricing and service terms.
• Enter and track confirmed import orders in the internal system.
• Coordinate shipment execution, provide status updates and answer logistics questions.
• Maintain regular communication with active clients, potential prospects and previously lost leads.
• Build long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business and improve retention.
• Host client visits for consultations and deal discussions.
• Keep detailed records of leads, interactions, quotations and order status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Report on lead conversion, client feedback and overall performance.

Required profile

• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Proven negotiation and deal‑closing experience.
• Highly organized with strong follow‑up discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
