About the role

We are looking for a proactive and client‑focused Client Services Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring the successful delivery of services. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely project execution, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements, business goals, and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide project updates.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, follow‑ups, and presentations.
• Handle client feedback, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
• Prepare reports and other client‑related documentation.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing at a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
