Content Strategist (Mid-Level)

About the role

Pixel Hive is seeking a narrative‑driven, analytical Content Strategist to own end‑to‑end content planning, script development, and performance optimisation for a growing roster of clients. You will shape multi‑channel strategies that move audiences from awareness to conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Architect multi‑channel content strategies, brand positioning guidelines, and structured funnels.
• Write compelling video scripts, hook concepts, ad copy, and messaging frameworks for short‑form video and corporate ads.
• Own content calendars, manage delivery timelines, and coordinate copywriting, design, and video production teams.
• Conduct competitor analysis, persona mapping, and social‑media trend research.
• Audit performance using Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and web analytics to iterate formats and improve ROI.
• Present creative strategies, pitch briefs, and performance breakdowns to stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as a Content Strategist, Content Marketer, or Copywriter in a digital agency or high‑growth brand.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating short‑form video scripting, ad copy, and long‑form brand storytelling in English and Nepali.
• Proven ability to map content calendars, measure organic/paid funnels, and manage multi‑platform campaigns.
• Solid understanding of post‑production workflows and visual design constraints.
• Familiarity with social‑media management, analytics, and project‑management tools.
