Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

Bagaicha is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Corporate Sales Executive to grow its restaurant and event business in Kathmandu. The role involves building relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and event organizers to generate new revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the hospitality market.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers and business partners.
• Promote Bagaicha’s restaurants, private events and hospitality services through presentations and networking.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations, and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Coordinate with restaurant, F&B, events, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain client records, sales pipelines and regular follow‑up reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and potential opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, restaurant or hotel sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Confident, professional demeanor with a customer‑focused, proactive attitude.
• Good understanding of Kathmandu’s corporate and hospitality market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting.
• Fluent in English and Nepali.
