Customer Sales Representative

About the role

The Customer Sales Representative engages directly with customers across multiple channels, understands their needs, and promotes the company’s products and services. The role focuses on generating sales, building lasting relationships, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via walk‑ins, phone, social media and other communication channels.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Present product features, pricing, offers and financing options clearly.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, aiming to meet monthly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents and maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, delivery and after‑sales support.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with existing and prospective customers and record all interactions in the company system.
• Handle customer queries, resolve complaints and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail or related areas is preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Customer‑focused mindset with good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time‑management and follow‑up skills.
• Willingness to travel or work flexible hours when required.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication platforms.
