D2D Sales Officer

About the role

The D2D Sales Officer is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kathmandu. You will promote Signage Plus’ cloud‑based digital signage platform directly to businesses, delivering in‑person demonstrations and guiding prospects through the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers across the Kathmandu market.
• Present product features, benefits, and conduct live demos of the digital signage solution.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and follow‑up to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Provide basic product guidance and collect customer feedback for service improvement.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities to build trust and long‑term relationships.
• Experience in lead generation, sales operations, and channel sales (partners, resellers, local vendors).
• Basic understanding of digital signage or cloud‑based technology solutions.
• Proactive, target‑oriented mindset with solid negotiation skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Prior door‑to‑door or B2B sales experience, preferably within the Kathmandu market.
