D2D Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and target‑driven Door‑to‑Door (D2D) Sales Representative to promote and sell ISP/FTTH internet packages directly to residential customers. You will work in assigned neighbourhoods, explain service plans, generate leads and convert prospects into new subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales activities in designated areas.
• Present ISP/FTTH internet packages, pricing, benefits and installation process.
• Identify potential customers, collect their information and generate new leads.
• Convince prospects and close sales to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the technical team for installation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales and submit daily activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum SEE/+2 qualification or equivalent; freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and comfortable working in the field.
• Target‑oriented mindset with willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and internet services.
• Local area knowledge and a two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence are advantages.
