Dealer Sales Executive – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Dealer Sales Executive to join a leading automotive business in Kathmandu. The role focuses on strengthening dealer relationships, driving sales, and supporting the dealer network across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with automotive dealers, ensuring a robust dealer network.
• Achieve assigned sales and enquiry targets through proactive dealer engagement.
• Conduct regular field visits, market analysis, and competitor monitoring.
• Monitor dealer orders, deliveries, and outstanding accounts, providing timely support.
• Deliver product, sales, and operational assistance to dealers.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze dealer and market performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Required profile

• Minimum BBS or equivalent qualification.
• 3–4+ years of experience in automobile dealer sales or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
