Delivery Rider

About the role

Darumandu Nepal is looking for a full‑time Delivery Rider to join its on‑site team in Kathmandu. You will pick up orders from the warehouse, verify them, and deliver alcohol and related products to customers across the Kathmandu Valley, often within 40 minutes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect ordered items from the warehouse and check them against order details.
• Deliver packages safely using a motorbike or scooter, following assigned routes.
• Handle cash and digital payments, provide delivery confirmations, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Perform age‑verification checks and promote responsible drinking at each handover.
• Maintain basic vehicle care, adhere to traffic and safety regulations, and report any delivery issues to the operations team.

Required profile

• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence with strong road‑safety awareness.
• Ability to ride for extended periods, lift packages, and work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good time‑management, organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail for order verification and age‑verification procedures.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent; prior delivery or logistics experience is a plus.
