Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will join AfnoBazar’s marketing team in Bhaktapur, Nepal, to plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive traffic and increase conversions across the company’s e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns on social media, website and other online channels.
• Manage AfnoBazar’s social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Develop, edit and optimise web content to ensure SEO‑friendly copy.
• Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Track market trends, support promotional activities and propose ideas to improve customer engagement.

Required profile

• Strong marketing and social‑media marketing knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in web content writing and SEO/SEM basics.
• Ability to analyse data with web analytics tools and optimise campaigns.
• Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and digital advertising tools.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bhaktapur and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
