About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of data‑driven marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and business goals. You will act as the main liaison for clients, translating their needs into actionable briefs for a multidisciplinary creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social, content, and paid channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, campaign discussions, and strategic recommendations.
• Convert client requirements into clear briefs and assign tasks to account managers, content creators, designers, and video editors.
• Plan content calendars and marketing activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and approve all marketing deliverables, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain approval workflows and quality standards across the digital marketing department.
• Identify and implement AI tools, automation, and process improvements to boost productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or account management.
• Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and digital campaign management.
• Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven project‑management and team‑coordination skills with high attention to detail.
