Documentation Officer

About the role

We are looking for a mid-level Documentation Officer to manage recruitment documentation for Global Rising Placement. You will ensure all candidate and employee records are accurate, compliant and securely handled, supporting our fast-paced manpower sector in Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain recruitment documentation in line with DOFE policies, labour approval procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review and organise confidential candidate and recruitment-related documents with accuracy and discretion.
• Verify candidate information, identify missing or incorrect data and coordinate timely corrections.
• Maintain up-to-date filing systems in both physical and digital formats.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure complete and on-time processing of required documents.
• Assist in onboarding by collecting and processing employee documentation.
• Support the Senior Documentation Officer with daily verification and processing activities.
• Help improve documentation procedures and adopt best practices.
• Use Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite to manage documents and streamline workflow.
• Handle all sensitive information securely and confidentially.

Required profile

• Mid-level professional with at least 2 years of experience in documentation, recruitment or related HR functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Nepalese labour regulations and DOFE policies is a plus.
