F&B Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the F&B department of Hyatt Centric Kathmandu, ensuring operations align with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This role combines business management and marketing responsibilities to drive profitability across all outlets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring standards of service, quality, and profitability.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the department’s offerings.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for the F&B department.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest expectations and owner objectives.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and adherence to brand standards.
• Handle banqueting operations and ensure successful execution of events.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in a large operation.
• Strong operational, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
• Banqueting experience is an asset.
