Field Sales Representative – Water & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, target‑driven Field Sales Representative to join our water and beverage company. You will work directly in the market, visiting dealers, retailers and hospitality venues to promote and sell our product range while building strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to dealers, retailers, shops, restaurants, hotels and other potential customers.
• Promote and sell the company’s water and beverage products, taking regular orders and ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
• Achieve daily, monthly and assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market demand, competitor activity, pricing and product availability.
• Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the assigned market.
• Collect customer feedback and report market information to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with distribution and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare regular sales and field‑visit reports and handle basic customer queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in water, beverage, FMCG or a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Comfortable with daily field visits and target‑based work.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to work independently.
