Finance Head (Chartered Accountant) – Chitwan

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Head (Chartered Accountant) to lead the finance function of a reputable manufacturing company in Chitwan. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, and compliance, who can drive operational efficiency and support senior management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Nepal Financial Reporting Standards, taxation laws, VAT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Supervise internal controls, audits, and risk‑management processes.
• Maintain accurate financial reporting through SAP ERP and optimize financial systems.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, costing, and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop financial strategies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification – mandatory.
• 8–12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ERP.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, compliance, and cost accounting.
• Understanding of inventory management, manufacturing finance, and internal controls.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.
