Finance Head

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Finance Head to lead the financial operations of Nepal Realestate Holdings Limited. The role is ideal for a semi‑qualified Chartered Accountant who can combine strong financial expertise with strategic thinking to drive growth in Nepal’s real estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare, monitor and update annual budgets, financial forecasts and business plans.
• Develop accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management.
• Oversee cash‑flow planning and working‑capital management.
• Ensure compliance with Nepal’s tax regulations, statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project costs, profitability and financial performance across real‑estate developments.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, policies and reporting systems.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights for business growth and investment decisions.
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team, promoting operational excellence.
• Identify financial risks and recommend practical solutions.
• Support feasibility studies, investment analysis and financial modelling for new projects.

Required profile

• Semi‑qualified Chartered Accountant with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a strategic orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
• Good understanding of Nepal’s tax laws and accounting standards.
