Finance Manager

About the role

Prime Corp Global is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of its trading organization. The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, effective budgeting, and strategic decision‑making to support overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare daily business reports, debtors reports, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and monitor departmental and organizational budgets.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and risk management practices.
• Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.
• Ensure timely tax filings, VAT compliance, and other statutory obligations.
• Coordinate with management on financial planning and business growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a finance team.
