Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounts function for Blush Beauty’s beauty and cosmetics operations in Nepal. The role will own statutory reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, treasury and provide commercial finance support to sales, marketing and supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing in line with NFRS/IFRS and group policies, preparing P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Nepal’s Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Companies Act and other regulations; manage filing of VAT, TDS, advance tax and annual returns.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan, rolling forecasts and long‑range planning, delivering profitability analysis by brand, channel and SKU.
• Design and maintain internal controls across procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash and record‑to‑report cycles, addressing audit observations.
• Manage daily cash position, working‑capital cycles, banking relationships, letters of credit and foreign‑exchange exposure.
• Coordinate statutory and internal audits, ensuring no material observations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in FMCG or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of Nepalese tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial functions and drive profitable growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
