About the role

We are looking for a reliable Food Delivery Rider to join our team and ensure customers receive their orders quickly and safely. You will use a bicycle to pick up meals from partner restaurants and deliver them directly to customers.

Key responsibilities

Collect food orders from designated restaurants.
Deliver orders to customers following the most efficient routes.
Handle orders with care to maintain food quality and presentation.
Collect payments when required and keep accurate delivery records.
Provide courteous and professional customer service throughout each delivery.

Required profile

Own a bicycle and be physically fit for extended riding periods.
Good knowledge of local streets and navigation.
Punctual, responsible, and customer‑oriented.
Valid citizenship or identification document preferred.

Required skills

Ability to operate a smartphone and use a delivery application.
Strong communication skills.
