Front Office Associate

About the role

The Front Office Associate will be the first point of contact for guests at Vasista Hospitality’s property in Suryodaya Municipality. Working full‑time in a hybrid setting, you will ensure a welcoming and efficient front‑office experience both on‑site and through remote support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests in person, by phone and via email, and manage the check‑in and check‑out processes.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update the booking system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Handle reservations, organize documentation and support basic administrative tasks.
• Provide professional communication and phone etiquette at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail, reliability and good organizational skills in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing on‑site and remote duties.
• Prior experience in hotel front office or hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant education in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
