About the role
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering exceptional service at the reception desk. You will manage daily administrative tasks, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while supporting the reception team.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer queries, and resolve complaints promptly.
- Manage room bookings, check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Maintain the Front Office logbook, shift reports, and records of banquets and functions.
- Motivate and develop the reception team to ensure high‑quality service and teamwork.
- Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and with other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Identify cost‑effective resource use and educate the team on best practices.
- Escalate any matters affecting hotel interests to management.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Consistently professional and friendly greeting with engaging service.
