About the role

Hotel Ichchha, a 5‑star luxury hotel in Simara, Nepal, is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead its executive team. The role demands strategic direction, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering world‑class guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand positioning.
• Oversee all hotel operations, including rooms, food & beverage, sales & marketing, finance, and engineering.
• Maintain the highest standards of guest service and resolve complex guest issues.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and capital expenditures to meet financial targets.
• Mentor department heads, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Act as the primary brand ambassador, building strategic partnerships and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in luxury hotel operations.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and profitability in the hospitality sector.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
