About the role

Hotel Ichchha, a 5‑star luxury destination in Simara, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join its leadership team. The role focuses on coordinating daily activities across all hotel departments to ensure seamless service and uphold the highest standards of guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Streamline workflows across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, engineering, and security.
• Monitor service standards, conduct quality audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, propose workflow improvements, and manage operating budgets.
• Lead cross‑departmental communication to quickly resolve bottlenecks.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships to maintain premium supply chains.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and statutory regulations.

• Experienced, analytical and hands‑on professional.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hotel departments simultaneously.
