Global Partnership Manager – Kathmandu

About the role

Odin is seeking a Global Partnership Manager to drive growth across APAC and the US by building a high‑value partner ecosystem, coordinating seminars, webinars and community events, and converting event attendees into qualified sales pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own Odin’s partner pipeline across APAC/US, including prospecting, activation calendars and business cases.
• Represent Odin at business mixers, community conferences and executive network events.
• Manage full‑cycle event logistics – vendor selection, venue coordination and budget control.
• Deploy and maintain BAMFAM infrastructure (booking links, QR opt‑in, in‑room sign‑in flows).
• Upload 100% of event traffic to HubSpot by midnight with zero untagged contacts.
• Maintain ≥95% contact data quality (email and phone) to support SDR speed‑to‑lead SLA.
• Log partner touchpoints ensuring no Tier A partner is silent for more than five days.
• Deliver a monthly performance dashboard by the 5th business day.
• Enforce sponsorship terms, guaranteeing lead data access for partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, event marketing or a similar commercially focused role.
• Proven track record of generating qualified client opportunities through partnership initiatives.

Required skills

• HubSpot (CRM) proficiency for contact management and reporting.
