Graphic Designer

About the role

Media Journal is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its printing press team in Satdobato, Lalitpur. You will be responsible for turning client ideas into high‑quality print artwork across a wide range of promotional materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design artwork for brochures, flyers, business cards, books, calendars, banners, posters, certificates, folders, packaging and other printed items.
• Prepare print‑ready files with correct size, bleed, margins, resolution and colour specifications.
• Communicate with clients to capture design requirements and implement revisions.
• Check artwork for spelling, alignment, image quality, dimensions and other errors before production.
• Coordinate with the printing and production team to ensure designs are suitable for the chosen printing process.
• Maintain organized backups of all design files and manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in print design and pre‑press workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error‑free, print‑ready files.
• Good communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Ability to manage several design projects simultaneously while meeting production schedules.
