About the role

The Head of Finance will lead all financial activities, ensuring the company uses its capital and resources efficiently while maintaining long‑term profitability. You will be responsible for shaping financial strategy, overseeing accounting operations, and providing insight to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual financial results.
• Approve or reject departmental budgets.
• Conduct risk management and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Supervise a team of accountants and manage cash‑flow allocation.
• Perform profit and cost analyses to drive financial performance.
• Develop secure procedures for handling confidential information.
• Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with relevant regulations.
• Advise board members on funding options and recommend cost‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience crafting financial strategies and leading accounting teams.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, investment evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
