HR / Admin Officer – Eastern Region

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and proactive HR / Admin professional to support our operations across the Eastern Region. Based in Birtamode, Jhapa, you will handle day‑to‑day HR and administrative tasks while ensuring smooth coordination with regional and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR activities, including attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
• Maintain accurate employee files, documentation, and HR reports.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and implementation of HR policies.
• Coordinate office supplies, assets, inventory, and logistics.
• Prepare and present administrative and HR reports for regional management.
• Travel across the Eastern Region as needed to support operational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
