HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results‑driven HR Manager to lead all human‑resource functions for our food products business. The role will shape HR strategy, drive recruitment, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with Nepalese labour laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles and talent development programs.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with the Nepal Labor Act and other applicable employment laws.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce planning, and organizational development strategies.
• Advise management on HR‑related matters and support business objectives.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in human resources management.
• Strong knowledge of Nepalese labour legislation.
• Proven ability to lead recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
