About the role
We are seeking an Interview Specialist who will be responsible for conducting candidate interviews, screening and assessing applicants, maintaining interview records, and coordinating with recruitment and processing teams to ensure suitable candidates are selected as per employer requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct candidate interviews and screening based on job requirements
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and suitability
- Review CVs and candidate documents before interviews
- Shortlist suitable candidates and maintain interview records
- Coordinate with recruitment and processing teams
- Assist in organizing employer interviews and recruitment drives
- Prepare interview and recruitment reports
- Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of candidate information
- Support other recruitment activities as assigned
