About the role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people‑oriented HR Officer to join our HR team. The role will manage day‑to‑day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance management and employee relations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to hiring.
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and staffing needs.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, documentation, and off‑boarding procedures.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, working hours and leave records, and prepare related reports.
- Handle day‑to‑day HR administration, including letters, certificates and notices.
- Support payroll by providing accurate attendance and employee information.
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and help develop KPIs and KRAs.
- Ensure HR policies comply with Nepal Labour Laws and maintain statutory records.
- Address employee queries, grievances and promote positive employee relations.
- Coordinate training, development programs and engagement activities, maintaining relevant records.
Required profile
- Proactive, organized and people‑oriented with strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Nepal labour legislation and HR best practices.
